We are all living during a time that is full of increased stressors in our lives.  It’s important we focus our attention on adding and building resilience.  It is so easy during time of high stress to mindlessly fall into practices that actually deplete our resilience.

Here is a short list of questions you can use to check-in with yourself on a daily basis to see if you are actually practicing any resilience killers.

Did I come to work sick?
Did I skip lunch?
Did I eat lunch at my desk or in my work area?
Have I eaten junk food?
Am I working on weekend after already working a full week?
Is my sleep pattern erratic?
Am I mostly sedentary?
Am I apathetic most of the time?

Take some time and assess if you are depleting your resilience.  Next month we will focus on ways of building resilience.
