Tara Tremaine
MA, Licensed Mental Health Associate Therapist
My passion for helping others who are hurting started at a very early age, but it was not until healing from my own trauma that this passion became God’s calling for my life. As a survivor of abuse, I understand the challenges that exist in moving forward, and I am a strong advocate for breaking the stigma that surrounds seeking help. With a holistic approach to recovery, I embrace each person as a whole, attuning to their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. I love assisting individuals in connecting with their inner child, re-establishing a sense of safety, and becoming who God created them to be. It is an honor to walk alongside others’ journeys, witnessing how God can truly give beauty for ashes.
