It is my joy to serve clients by helping them discover their personal strengths and uncover their internal resilience to overcome challenges and solve problems. I believe in the inherent worth of every human being and the importance of understanding your own identity and purpose. If you are tired of feeling overwhelmed by your own negative thoughts and emotions and want to find better coping skills and new ways of dealing with painful hurts, habits, and hang-ups, then you are in the right place. I appreciate the courage it takes to ask for help. It is not easy to invite another person into your struggle, and my goal is to help you feel at ease as soon as possible and help you accomplish your goals in therapy without judgment.
