MA, Licensed Mental Health Counseling Associate, Provisional Registered Art Therapist
Life has moments that are hard to put into words. You don’t have to navigate these moments alone. As an art therapist, I use a creative and holistic approach to therapy, offering both talk therapy and art-making as means of expression. I believe in meeting every person where they are at and working together to find hope, healing and peace. My goal is to listen and support individuals as they reconnect with their strengths and build resilience.
About Art Therapy
Art therapy is for individuals of all ages and requires no artistic skill—though those who enjoy or have experience with art are also welcome to use their creativity in meaningful ways. The focus is not on creating a masterpiece, but on using the creative process as a way to explore emotions and support healing. Art therapy is an open-ended, research-based approach that helps individuals express and process feelings through art. If art therapy does not feel like the right fit, I also offer traditional talk therapy in a supportive and compassionate environment.
