During these stressful times it is easy for people to let go of practices that help build resilience.

Listed below are a few questions you can ask yourself each day to see if you are including activities that help you build your resilience.

Did I take a short walk?

Have I taken a day off within the last 60 working days?

Have I laughed at something today?

Have I done some stretching at my desk or stood up and stretched?

Did I do an affirmation to focus on my resilience?

Did I practice prayer and meditation?  It can be as short as 10 minutes.

I hope each of you can add at least one practice today that helps to build your resilience. Think of it as adding coins to your personal resilience account. Remember, you are not alone and if you need additional support reach out to someone in your circle or make an appointment to talk with a professional.
