Do you accept insurance?
YES, we file claims for individual therapy sessions with most commercial major carriers. Please call to verify if we are in network for your specific coverage.
Do you take Medicaid?
YES, we accept state Medicaid insurance for children and adults for individual therapy.
I don't have insurance. Are there reasonable private pay rates for individuals?
YES, private pay rates with Associate clinicians are based on a sliding scale by income. Sessions are also available with a master’s-level intern at a greatly reduced fee.
Do you have therapists for children and teens?
YES, we have clinicians who see children ages 3 and up.
Do you take seniors?
YES, we welcome clients of all ages, including seniors. We accept Medicare coverage.
Do you have therapists who do EMDR?
YES, we have multiple therapists trained in EMDR therapy. Please see clinician profiles for additional details.
Can I be scheduled right away?
YES, appointments are available within one week and all calls/emails are returned within one business day.
Do you have couples and family counseling? If so, how much does it cost?
YES, couples and families are seen by our Associates for $125/session or Licensed Therapists for $150/session.
Do you have premarital counseling programs?
YES, we have clinicians who offer Prepare & Enrich, SYMBIS, and FOCCUS. Each program is $150/session for 6-8 sessions. We recommend starting 6-9 months prior to your wedding date.
Do you have telehealth?
YES, our clinicians offer virtual appointments through our secure online portal in addition to in-person appointments.
I see that you are a Christian practice. Do you accept people from other faith backgrounds, or people with no religious affiliation?
YES, our intake process invites clients to share their own spirituality and whether they want it included in their therapy. Clients from all faiths and belief systems are welcome.
Can you help with my medications?
YES, our intake process includes a review of your current medications and how they may be impacting your mental health. If a change in prescriptions is recommended, we partner with several psychiatrists who will accept our referrals.
Is online scheduling available?
YES, current clients have access to an online portal for scheduling. New clients are set up with portal access by phone when calling to schedule for the first time.

YES, we would be honored to pray for you. Our team prays corporately and individually over the requests that are submitted through our online form. Clients and community members are welcome to send requests. Your request can be anonymous.
