People seek help from a counselor for many reasons: to understand what is going on with one’s inner self, to increase self-awareness and also to get relief from the underlying personal pain that clogs your ability to let go and release. I believe that hope is a gift from God, and that we can anchor our hope in God’s will and plan for us. God draws me to work in the lives of his hurt people and with His guidance and your desire to accept positive change to move forward, that painful past can be released so that you will be able to recognize His plan for your future.
